Purpose of the equipment
The biomass processing line is used to process biological waste into fermentate, which is further used as a raw material for the production of alternative fuel or fertilizer.

The fermentation cylindric tanks were part of a complete processing unit, described as follows (see attached drawings):
The basis of the entire technology are two horizontally arranged cylindric drums with a diameter of 3.3 m and a length of 20 m. The rollers are equipped with fixed longitudinal ribs and adjustable longitudinal ribs, which allow both the longitudinal movement of the biomaterial in the roller and its loosening.
Loading and unloading into the drums is done by conveyor belts (not included in the offer).
Biomaterial preparation is carried out by the stacking equipment, consisting of a hopper equipped with a rake conveyor at the bottom (not included in the offer). It moves the biomaterial into the frame of the two horizontally placed drums. The drums are equipped with cutting knives.
Behind the two horizontal fermenters is a belt dryer, which adjusts the moisture content of the biomaterial to the desired values. (This belt dryer is offered in a separate ad on Machineseeker at a price of 180.000 EUR – negotiable)
