Description

CLEANER 2000 is a thermolysis reactor used for the destruction of various types of plastic including RDF (refuse-derived fuel) via the method of thermal destruction.
This installation can be upgraded for the processing of rubber technical goods, slop products, boring silt, and silt sediments.

The principle of its work is thermal destruction, which is controlled thermal decomposition of original raw materials into the required components without the access of oxygen.

Advantages of Pyrolysis
– Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of waste in an oxygen-free environment.
– It is environmentally-friendly due to waste decomposition instead of waste combustion; the plant produces no smoke, with emission levels well below the MPCs.
– Suitable for producing synthetic fuel when managing hydrocarbon-containing waste (20% to 90% per ton as a function of waste composition; e.g., about 30% from solid waste).
– Pyrolysis products can be used as a fuel for pyrolysis plants, i.e. pyrolysis plants can operate on synthetic fuel or gas produced from the pyrolysis process.
– Synthetic fuel is a marketable product that can be sold if it is in excess.

Standard pyrolysis plants:
– Pyrolysis plants with capacity of 2.8 m3 – (management volume is 4 to 8 m3 per day)
– Pyrolysis plants with capacity of 5 m3 – (management volume is 8 to 16 m3 per day)
– The equipment is portable and requires no state environmental impact assessment of the neutralization facility

Standard pyrolysis plants require the following customer-supplied accessories:
– Handlingdevice(withliftingheightof7metersandcapacityof3to5tons)
– Return water tank with a minimum capacity of 10 m3 .
– Power consumption of 10 kW (peak), standard power consumption of 4 to 5 kW. Frequency of 50Hz, voltage of 380 V (optional 220 V)
– The equipment operates on its own liquid fuel and gas produced from the pyrolysis process.
