Cutting line for pastries with calibration at the entrance, a multiple cutting head allowing either to align the products to roll them up, or to leave them perpendicular to the direction of advance. 3 cuts are available (croissants, mini-croissants and straight blade). The changeover is easy and fast. Fritsch is able to create any kind of cut. The croissants are rolled up at the exit. Max output 3000 pieces/h. The machine has not been used much (650 h max).
