The MC3/1MR weighing and grading unit continuously weighs breaded fillets and marinated fillets. The machine consists of a MC3 checkweighing unit and an MR grading system. All necessary electrical equipment is located in the electrical cabinets. The weighing unit and the grading unit are controlled by the MARELEC Z2 computer, which is located in the weighing unit.
